How to log into JagNet | JagNet STC Login Portal

Go to in a web browser jagnet.southtexascollege.edu.

  • For STC, enter your username.
  • Please enter your password.
  • To receive account access, you must first sign in.

When students submit all essential information, such as transcripts, test results, and completed applications, the Office of Admissions and Records generates JagNet passwords for them. The student’s JagNet password will be provided to them, or they can get it at the Office of Admissions and Records or the Student Information Center with a photo ID.

Your username and password are used to protect your personal information on JagNet. Your information can only be accessed by logging in with your username and password. As a result, it’s critical that you don’t reveal your username or password with anyone. For any reason, no one, even support employees, needs to know your password. It is critical that you log out of JagNet every time you leave your computer to ensure that your personal information is not exposed.

  • When is JagNet available and how long is the time-out for inactivity?

JagNet is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Some data is derived from systems that may be unavailable during the evening for backup and maintenance. During that time, the data may not be available in the site.

If you do not log out of JagNet after 15 minutes of inactivity, the portal will automatically time out. This is a security feature that helps protect your personal information (student records, financial information, online coursework, and so on) when you’re using a public computer. Please note that this is not a replacement for logging out. The only way to assure that your data is completely secure is to LOG OUT before leaving the computer.

  • Why don’t my browser’s “back” and “forward” buttons work properly?

Using the tabs and links within JagNet is the best way to browse through the portal. Your browser’s “back” and “advance” buttons may navigate from tab to tab or page to page, but if changes have been made or additional logins have happened, utilizing the browser’s navigation buttons may not achieve the desired result. JagNet STC Login Portal
