Administrator
Good Neighbors Tanzania Zanzibar | SRE team administration department part-timer job opening.
BACKGROUND
SRE project is a 3-year project aiming to improve the education environment through radio education broadcasting in Zanzibar. This project focuses on expanding the learning opportunities of secondary school students by producing and transmitting high-quality radio educational broadcasts to solve the problem of ‘decreased academic ability’ presented as a core secondary education problem.

This project focuses on expanding the learning opportunities of middle school students by producing and transmitting high-quality radio educational broadcasts.


Under the overall authority of the Country Director (CD) of Good Neighbors Tanzania (GNTZ), guidance and direct supervision of the Project Manager (PM), the position administration par-timer will be in charge of tasks below.
  • To record documents
  • To support filing in-out letters
  • To support administration department tasks
  • To secure supporting documents for the payments
  • To check and support office environment establishment
  • Other required tasks


CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 months (Jan-Dec2023)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced MS office ability
  • Above than diploma degree in related major
  • Minimum 6 months work experience
  • Own Laptop

PREFERENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Work experience with an international organization
  • Fluent English
  • Residents of Zanzibar (GNTZ does not provide accommodation)


SCHEDULE~
  • 10th Jan 2023: Submission of application
  • 12th Jan 2023: Announcement of interview candidates
  • 16th Jan 2023: Interview
  • 17th Jan 2023: Final announcement
  • 23rd Feb 2023: work start date


* Salary is paid according to the regulations
* Part timer should submit the daily work report
* Recruitment may be canceled if there are no suitable candidates
